FOOD & WINE

From 2013 through 2016, I served as key member of the FOOD & WINE Event Marketing team, managing activations for 150+ brands at the FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen, writing marketing proposals and assisting with sales for FOOD & WINE advertising partners and cash sponsors, managing partner presence at NYCWFF, and managing talent at the FOOD & WINE Best New Chefs event.

FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen

The FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen is FOOD & WINE’s tentpole annual event for 5,000 consumers, chefs, press, and industry influencers, with hundreds of brand activations, dozens of seminars, and the industry’s top talent converging in one of the world’s most beautiful places. As an Event Marketing Associate and Associate Manager, I oversaw the activations for 150+ brands in the Grand Tasting and beyond throughout the weekend, as well as wrote sales proposals in partnership with the advertising sales team. As an event Marketing Assistant, I also served as a point of contact for talent pre-event.

FOOD & WINE Best New Chefs

FOOD & WINE’s annual Best New Chefs press event is one of the most anticipated in the industry, announcing and celebrating a new class of rising stars in the culinary field. As an Event Marketing Assistant, I managed talent needs pre-event and served as a point of contact on site, as well as assisted with event details.

NYC Wine & Food Festival

NYCWFF is one of the city’s premiere culinary festivals, with over 55,000 attendees and top chefs from around the country. During my time at FOOD & WINE, the brand sponsored NYCWFF, affording it the opportunity to bring in partners. As an Event Marketing Associate, I managed the pre-event planning and on site presence for FOOD & WINE’s partners at the festival across multiple on-site activations.
